‏أبرز ماجاء في الإعلان الدستوري لنظام الجولاني الجهادي:

‏-الفقه الإسلامي هو المصدر الأساسي للتشريع

‏-لم يشترط الإعلان الدستوري الجنسية السورية لرئيس الدولة ولكنه اشترط الإسلام.( علق البعض أنه من الممكن إذا أن يكون"الخليفة" القادم أبو دجانة التركستاني).

‏-طلب الحماية الدولية جريمة يعاقب عليها الدستور. (يعني أهالي الساحل الذين يطالبون بالحماية الدولية ممكن أن يعاقبوا إذا نطقوا كلمة وهم يتعرضون للذبح من الجهاديين الإرهابيين).

‏-إنكار جرائم الأسد جريمة يعاقب عليها الدستور. (نعم لن نختلف، ويعلق البعض أنه من الممكن أن ذكر جرائم النصرة أصبح جريمة أيضاً ).

‏-Islamic jurisprudence is the primary source of legislation (The English translation does not fully clarify the amendment made to this clause. The previous constitution stated that Islamic jurisprudence was one of the sources of legislation and was primarily used for addressing marriage and divorce issues for Muslims, while the rest of the legal system was civil. However, the new constitution declares that Islamic jurisprudence, meaning Sharia, is the primary, and effectively the sole, source of legislation, which implies that Syria is being transformed into an Islamic state similar to Iran or Saudi Arabia.)

‏-Syrian nationality is not a requirement for the head of state, but Islam is. (Some have commented that this means the next “Caliph” could be Abu Dujana al-Turkistani).

‏-Requesting international protection is a punishable crime. (Meaning that coastal residents who plead for international protection could be punished even as they face massacres by jihadist terrorists).

‏Denying Assad’s crimes is a punishable offense. (No disagreement there, though some suggest that mentioning the crimes of Nusra (⁦ ⁩) might also become a crime).
