ميليشيا تختطف المهندس "يعرب علي الكرم"، من اتستراد المزة في صباح اليوم أثناء توجهه إلى عمله حيث يعمل كرئيس دائرة الخدمات في حي .

‏المهندس يعرب الكرم، مدني ولم يشغل أي منصب عسكري في حياته ،وينحدر من قرية ⁧ ⁩، محافظة اللاذقية وينتمي للطائفة ⁧ ⁩.

‏لوحظ في الآونة الأخيرة تزايد حالات الاختطاف لمدنيين في دمشق يشغلون مناصب حكومية، فقط بسبب انتمائهم للطائفة ⁧ ⁩.

‏Yaroub Ali Al-Karam was kidnapped by ⁦ ⁩’s militants from ⁦ ⁩ highway in ⁦ ⁩ this morning while on his way to work, where he serves as the Head of the Services Department in ⁦ ⁩ neighborhood.

‏He is a civilian who has never held any military position in his life. He comes from ⁦ ⁩ village in ⁦ ⁩ province and belongs to the ⁦ ⁩ sect.

‏Recently, there has been a noticeable increase in the abduction of civilians holding government positions in Damascus, solely due to their ⁦ ⁩ affiliation.
