اختطاف الشاب "حامد محمد العلي" أثناء تواجده في حي كرم اللوز في مدينة أثناء توجه إلى السوق.

وعند اتصال أهله به قام شخص غريب بالرد عليهم وقال لقد أخذناه إلى التحق.

يذكر أن حالات الخطف ازدادت بكثرة في مدينة بعد سيطرة قوات (المعروف ب ) على المدينة, وفي معظم الحالات يقتل المخطوفين وأما تعاد الجثة عن طريق الهيئة أو يتم رميها على ناصية الطرق.
