Footage Shows Hayat Tahrir al-Sham militants Attacking a Civilian in Rural Aleppo

The footage is from last month but hasn’t been shared until now in pro-Jolani channels on telegram. It shows fighters from the terrorist group attacking and humiliating a Sunni civilian in the village of Al-Wadihi, in rural .

At first, while they’re beating him, they demand that he bark like a dog. Then, while still hitting him, they order him to take off his clothes and stand naked ( it didn't happen.).

After that, and this seems to be the reason he’s getting beaten, they threaten him, saying, “If we see you walking around the village again and raising your head around the ‘mujahideen,’ among the ‘mujahideen brothers,’ don’t raise your heads.”

By the end of the footage, they leave him alive, probably because they don’t consider him “kafir” (infidel) by their standards. One of the fighters even says, “Alright, enough, we’ve got plenty more pigs.” So, is what they’re doing, beating and humiliating him, really part of “cleansing,” or is it just about feeding their sadistic desires?
