اقتحمت ميلشيا (المعروف ب الجولاني) منزل المواطن "علي النيساني" (60 عامًا) واختطفته أمام عائلته في حي في مدينة ،عناصر الهيئة قالوا سنعيده بعد ربع ساعة والحادثة جرت يوم الخميس ومازال مصيره مجهولاً.

‏يذكر أنه في 90 بالمئة من حالات الاختطاف يعاد المختطف مقتولاً ومرمياً في إحدى الأزقة.

‏ "علي النيساني" هو مدني موظف متقاعد يعاني من أمراض في القلب وارتفاع الضغط.
